From sea to gin
At 40% vol., Spirit of Abalone is an ideal gin to drink straight even at room temperature, and for the preparation of a variety of cocktails.
Spirit of Abalone is created using a patented system of infusing abalones and juniper berries.
Water from the Peloritani mountains
It is distilled in a small copper boiler fuelled by olive and beech wood, with the addition of water from natural springs in the Peloritani mountains.
Ancient Sicilian grains
An agricultural alcohol of organic origin, obtained from ancient Sicilian grains known as Russello and Tummina, is mixed in.
To the nose it releases a coastal aroma, the flavour is at first dominated by the abalone but, at its conclusion, the juniper berries release their aroma, stimulating the palate with spicy notes while maintaining the sensation of freshness.
