Etnamare Spirit was born with the idea of ​​making a distillate with an infusion of abalone to promote the genuine flavours of Sicily abroad. Our values are: tradition, given by strong link with our territory and our history; innovation, given by the continuous search for a new combination of flavours and the best production methods to preserve the quality of raw materials; exclusivity, transferred to the identity of an elegant and refined product, one of a kind.

In 2020 the “Spirit of Abalone” project was born and in 2021 our production began in collaboration with Giovi, an historical distillery founded in 1987 in Messina that stands out for its quality, philosophy and authenticity. The raw materials selected come only from the Sicilian wine scene and the fruit is grown using natural methods on the slopes of Etna.
